We would like to give some details regarding our recent home purchase from Sterling Homes. We wanted to move into one of the newer communities, and remain in the southwest, we decided to visit the community of Silverado. We visited the showhome in Silverado and met Doug Anderson, the Area Manager. He spent a lot of time going through what was involved in purchasing a spec home, what was included in the model, as well as what amenities were within the community and how close the LRT and bus routes were. Our overall experience building our home with Sterling went very well for us and we are happy with the level of service we received.
