Welcome to TRC Ranch of Cochrane

Acera is currently working through the planning and approval process for a comprehensive, 250 acre, master planned community - TRC Ranch.

This project will consist of approximately 1,250 single family units, 1,200 multi-family units, 30 acres of commercial, linear parks and open spaces, which includes many sustainable environmental practices.

Acera will be implementing a significant number of Low Impact Development measures throughout the community.

Construction is scheduled to begin summer of 2007 with lot sales commencing in the fall.
