When the community is complete, it will be home to 22.78 acres of protected wetland full of trails, pathways, boardwalks and lookouts. It will also house Chestermere’s next regional recreation facility, an eco-park, two schools and family-friendly parks.

Showhome Sneak Peek
Our brand new 2,384 square foot Pierce C (a.k.a. Craftsman style) showhome boasts Sterling’s popular island and peninsula kitchen layout, four spacious bedrooms, a home office and large bonus room for the entire family to enjoy.
Some of the home’s upgrades include Smart Home technology, a triple car garage, side entrance, mudroom lockers, feature paint, wallpaper and upgraded interior finishings and tile.
